MOONOCASE phone cases and phone ring holders are made to order and produced after you checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we handle returns carefully.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. We will replace the item or refund you — whichever makes sense for the situation.

Wrong item

If you received the wrong model or design, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

Change of mind

Because cases and ring holders are custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect phone model selected at checkout, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your phone model and design before placing your order.

Cancellations

If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel it. Reach out as soon as possible via our contact page.
