Products

We sell custom phone cases. Product images are illustrative; colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and print processes. Please select the correct phone model before checkout — cases are made to order for that model.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, erroneous, or unable to be fulfilled.

Intellectual property

All MARACASE branding, site content, and designs we create remain our property (or our licensors’). You may not copy or redistribute our designs for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARACASE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which MARACASE operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
